As we move through Holy Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday, the atmosphere in Jerusalem shifts. This isn’t just a countdown to Friday; it’s a masterclass in authentic faith.
In these few days, Jesus didn’t just walk—He worked. He cleansed the temple, silenced the critics with truth, and looked past the “religious” performance to see what was actually in the heart.
What These Days Teach Us:
• Holy Monday: Jesus clears the Temple. He reminds us that our “house” should be a place of prayer, not a marketplace of distractions.
• Holy Tuesday: Jesus teaches with authority. He dismantles hypocrisy and challenges us to give God what belongs to God.
• Holy Wednesday: The contrast sharpens. While some plot, others worship. It’s a day of reflection on where our ultimate loyalty lies.

In the aftermath of tragedy, our first calling is not to analyze but to lament.

Before linking this event to gender ideology, mental health, politics, or any broader cultural narrative, we must remember: facts are still unfolding. Speculation does not honor truth, and using suffering to support our arguments does not reflect Christ.

Scripture calls us to be slow to speak, careful with our words, and faithful to truth.

Let us grieve first.
Pray sincerely.
Wait for verified information.
And refuse to weaponize pain for culture-war conclusions.

在 Bill C-9、墮胎、MAID、性別相關議題 上，基督教圈內在信仰理解上其實大致相同，分歧主要不在立場，而在行動方式。

有人選擇透過宗教團體向政府反映意見，或支持國會議員推動的聯署；
也有人發起一人一信、一人一電話，直接向議員施壓。
任何形式的行動，都有其利與弊，關鍵不在「有沒有行動」，而在行動的對象與行動的結果。

近來不少標題黨式的帖文，刻意製造驚恐、焦慮與急躁，甚至出現不合事實的說法，例如聲稱某某牧師「因持守真理已被捕入獄」。這類資訊不但無助於理解現實，反而損害教會的公信力。

因此，我們需要誠實地問一個問題：
一些動員式、近乎騷擾性的行動，究竟是否有效？
還是只會令教外人更加誤解，甚至仇視基督信仰？

行動的目的，是為了抗議與施壓、迫使他人屈服？
還是為了清楚表達信仰立場，使人理解，從而建立最基本的尊重？

若社會的觀感是「教會只是在為自身利益而抗爭」，那無論我們多麼自認正確，都很難令人願意支持，甚至願意聆聽。任何公共行動，是否都應謹慎地遠離指控、責罵與對立的方向，值得深思。

必須承認，這些社會議題極度複雜，因為基督信仰的倫理與世界的價值觀本就不同。我們不可能、也不應該，期待用強硬方式迫使世界接受我們的道德框架。

耶穌宣告：「天國近了，你們應當悔改，信福音。」
持守真理，從來不是脫離公義與憐憫；
而活出愛，理應是不需爭論的核心。

教會的使命，不是為了贏得某一項政策或政治上的勝負。即使 C-9 通過，這固然帶來新的張力與挑戰，但是否就使我們無法宣講福音、活出福音的大能？這本身就是一個需要反省的問題。

或許此刻，教會更需要檢視自己：
在這些議題上，我們有多少合一的禱告？
在公眾視線之下，我們又做了多少努力，真正讓人明白基督信仰的根基與盼望？

Demand systems that protect lives—not just process claims.
In the Humboldt Broncos tragedy, a single driver went to prison.
But the system that trained him, scheduled him, insured him, and profited from him
was never truly tested in court.

When no-fault systems silence lawsuits,
corporations escape scrutiny,
safety becomes optional,
and responsibility stops at the lowest level.

If companies face no real consequences after catastrophic failure,
what compels them to raise training standards, safety culture, and oversight?

⚠️ Efficiency without accountability is not justice.
⚠️ Compensation without truth is not closure.
