You’re Invited This Father’s Day

Father’s Day can stir up a lot — gratitude, questions, hopes, and sometimes a few quiet worries about whether we’re getting it right.
This Sunday at Dundalk Wesleyan Church, we’re opening a passage of Scripture that speaks straight to the heart of every dad, granddad, and family.

The sermon this Sunday is called “The Blessing of a Father’s Imperfect Faith.”
It’s honest.
It’s encouraging.
And it’s a reminder that God meets us right where we are — not where we wish we were.

You’re Invited to Worship This Morning

Have you ever felt like you’re doing all the right things… yet still running on empty?

This morning at DWC, we’re looking at a truth Jesus gives us that speaks right into that feeling — a truth many of us overlook, even when we’re trying our best to follow Him.

This past week while out jogging, Pastor Chris noticed a fallen branch that still looked alive on the outside… but it was already dying on the inside. That simple moment opened the door to today’s message from John 15:1–11 — a message about connection, strength, and where real spiritual life actually comes from.

Jesus said, “I am the true vine… you are the branches.”
What if the issue isn’t how hard we try… but what (or Who) we’re connected to?

If you’ve been feeling stretched thin, spiritually dry, or just longing for something deeper, I’d love for you to join us today. We’re exploring what it means to abide — not as a checklist, but as a relationship that brings love, joy, and renewal.

Nurturing Faith in Every Generation

At Dundalk Wesleyan Church, we treasure the laughter, curiosity, and joy that children bring to worship. Yesterday reminded us once again how deeply we value the next generation and the privilege we have to invest in them.

From our Children’s Church and nursery ministries, to our Creative Bible Corner, to the joyful moments of Kids’ Corner during worship, we love helping young hearts discover God’s truth in ways that are hands‑on, meaningful, and fun.

Each smile and question reminds us that faith grows best when it’s shared through time, love, and community.

Creative Bible Corner — This Sunday at Dundalk Wesleyan Church

Families are invited to join us this Sunday at 9:45 AM in the church lobby for our monthly Creative Bible Corner, which is a special time for children to enjoy hands‑on crafts while parents have a chance to enjoy a coffee, connect with others, or simply take a moment to catch their breath before worship begins.

This month, with our Creative Bible Corner, we will be celebrating our Heavenly Father’s love and creating Father’s Day coasters. It is a fun and meaningful craft that reminds our children that God helps us when we make mistakes and guides us forward with love and grace.
