You’re Invited — Sunday Worship at Dundalk Wesleyan Church

This Sunday we’ll be looking at Philippians 3:12–21, a passage where Paul reminds us that the Christian life is a journey of gratitude, growth, and purpose. None of us have “arrived,” but God is faithfully leading us forward.

If you’ve been sensing God stirring something new in your life…
If you’re ready to let go of what’s behind…
If you want to step into what God has next…
We’d love to have you join us.

Worship begins at 10:30 AM.
Come ready to be encouraged. Come ready to grow. Come ready to press on with purpose.

🚧 Roadwork Reminder
Ida Street is still under construction and closed for through traffic, but you can access the church easily from Victoria Street West. Just follow the signs and drive in as usual.

We look forward to worshiping with you this Sunday.

Pentecost reminds us that the Church moves only when the wind of God fills our sails.
May we be a people empowered, united, and emboldened by the Holy Spirit.
Take a moment to watch, review what spoke to you, and share it to bless others.

🚧 Church Access Update — Saturday, May 23, 2026 🚧

We’re grateful to share some good news about the roadwork on Ida Street. The trench in front of our church entrance has been filled, and access to the church is now available from Victoria Street West.

Please note that Ida Street remains closed for through traffic, meaning you cannot drive straight up Ida Street to Main Street but you can reach the church and parking lot by coming in from Victoria Street West.

We’re thankful for the progress being made and look forward to gathering together for our Pentecost Sunday worship service that starts at 10:30 tomorrow morning as we celebrate the gift of the Holy Spirit and the unity He brings to His Church.

Our doors will be open and we would love to worship with you.

🚧 Church Access Update — Thursday, May 21, 2026 🚧

As you can see, Ida Street is currently closed, and there is a deep trench directly in front of the church entrance. This means there is no access to our church building today.

We have been in contact with the township as well as an official from the construction team completing the work, and they have indicated that access to the church should be made available later on Friday. This would allow us to move ahead with our Men’s Ministry “Impactus Guys Night” event at 6:00 PM, and with Pentecost Sunday worship at 10:30 AM.

We will continue to monitor the situation and will post an update if anything changes. Thank you for your patience as this important work is completed in our community.

This Sunday is Pentecost Sunday, a day we celebrate the gift of the Holy Spirit. It’s a time to remember that God’s presence moves through us and unites us as His Church.

As you make your way to DWC, please be aware that roadwork continues on Ida Street and Main Street.

Access to the church is currently from Main Street, but this will most likely change by Sunday.

Please check our page Sunday morning for updated directions — if construction shifts, access will be from Victoria Street W.

Our Worship Service begins at 10:30 AM.
All are welcome.

Each Sunday during our worship service, we share a special a time called Kids’ Corner, which is a short devotional time designed just for children. It’s a moment where we open God’s Word together, use fun object lessons, and help our kids see how faith connects to everyday life.

Yesterday’s Kids’ Corner reminded us that God protects us in life’s storms, just like rain gear keeps us safe and dry when the rain pours down. We have never been promised that we won't have to face the storms, but we did learn that we can trust that God is with us no matter what comes. Psalm 32:7, says of the Lord, “You are my hiding place; You will protect me from trouble.”

We’re grateful for the families who make our church a place where faith is passed to the next generation, laughter fills the room, and community grows stronger week by week.

Our worship services are held on Sunday mornings beginning at 10:30. All are welcome.

This past Sunday, Pastor Chris shared a message titled “The Refuge That Never Shifts,” drawn from Psalm 46:1–11. In a world where calm can turn to chaos without warning, he reminded us that God remains steady, present, and unshakable in every storm.
Take a moment to rewatch Sunday’s message—and consider sharing it with someone who might need encouragement today.

Life can change quickly, calm one moment, chaotic the next, but God remains steady, present, and faithful. Today at DWC, we’ll be opening Psalm 46 and reflecting on the God who is our refuge in every season.

If you’re looking for a place to worship, to rest, or to be reminded of God’s strength and nearness, we’d love to welcome you.

Worship begins at 10:30 AM.
Please note: There is construction on the road in front of the church, but you can access the church easily from Main Street.

Come as you are — God is our refuge, and His arms are open.

🚧 Church Access Update — Dundalk Wesleyan Church Remains Open!

The road right in front of our church on Ida Street has been torn up as part of the ongoing Grey Road 9 construction project (from Victoria Street to Main Street).

🚗 A pathway from Main Street is being maintained so everyone can still access the church.

So yes — we’re open and active! You can come to church this Sunday by entering from Main Street.

We’re thankful for the construction crew’s cooperation and for everyone’s patience while improvements are made to our community.

Worship begins at 10:30 AM — we’d love to see you!
