What does it mean to have the mind of Christ? And what does that mean for our relationship with God?

Paul reminds us that, as followers of Jesus, we have the life of Christ within us through the presence of the Holy Spirit. This means we all have equal access to Jesus—not because of who we are or what we have accomplished, but because of who He is and what He has done for us.

How does this truth change the way we experience God in our everyday lives?

1 Corinthians 2:16
'For "who has known the mind of the LORD that he may instruct Him?" But we have the mind of Christ.'

You have been given the mind of Christ in the book collecting dust on your coffee table! The mind of Christ is encapsulated in the New Testament.
It is up to us to get into the Word.

God speaks. The Scriptures are clear about this.
The writer to the Hebrews says 'God spoke to our ancestors by the prophets at different times and in different ways.' And God still speaks today, by Word and Spirit, for those who want to hear Him.

What a wonderful start to CoffeeBreak and Storyhour! We enjoyed gathering together for our first meeting, sharing fellowship, and welcoming guest speaker Evelyn Knetsch.
