This is a great Bible verse to come back to again and again. Not because life always feels hard, but because it's a solid reminder that we don't have to be thrown off when things feel uncertain.
Jesus isn’t surprised by our hard days. In fact, He told us we’d have them! But He also told us where to find peace, in Him. Whenever I start feeling anxious or overwhelmed, this verse is something to hold onto. He’s already overcome it all.

The Sunday School Celebration Service was enjoyed by all yesterday - thank you so much to Karen and Scott for bringing the message and the memories of a wonderful Sunday School season to DRC.
Congratulations to the grade 8 graduating class!
Thank you to all of the teachers, crew leaders and helpers for serving in this very important ministry.
Thank you to Lauren D and all the volunteers for providing a delicious pulled pork lunch to the congregation after!

This verse always lifts me up when I feel like I don’t have much to offer. Jesus says we are the light of the world, not because we’ve done everything right, but because He placed light in us.

Mother's Day at DRC! All the ladies filled a jar with personal items from the Sunday School table - this was very popular and appreciated!

Forgiveness can be challenging.
Pastor Pete brought us a message to help us understand it from a biblical perspective.
We also celebrated Communion, remembering that through Jesus’ incarnation, death, and resurrection, God has given us grace, reconciliation, and the promise that He will never forsake us. Talk about forgiveness! Wow!
