Lord, how great You are, beyond words, beyond comprehension, beyond anything my mind can fully grasp or my heart fully express.

Your greatness is displayed everywhere I look, in creation's vastness, in miracles recorded in scripture, in my own life where You've shown up time and again.

Teach me to live with constant awareness of Your greatness, not just acknowledging it intellectually but responding with awe, wonder, and worship that flows from really seeing who You are.

You are great in power, creating universes with a word, great in love, pursuing humanity relentlessly, great in mercy, forgiving what should be unforgivable.

Help me never lose my sense of wonder at Your greatness, never become so familiar with You that I forget how magnificent, how mighty, how marvelous You truly are.

Remind me that the greatness I see is just a glimpse, that what I comprehend is only a fraction of Your full glory, that eternity won't be long enough to explore Your greatness completely.

Give me a heart that responds to Your greatness with worship, with surrender, with trust, knowing that a God this great is worthy of my complete devotion.

Let my life declare how great You are, not just in words but in how I trust You, follow You, and give You the honor that Your greatness deserves.

In Jesus' name,

Amen.

(1/6) When Jesus was asked what the greatest commandment was, He didn’t just give one; He gave two. He said to love God with everything we’ve got, and then He said, “Love your neighbor as yourself.” It sounds so simple on paper, doesn't it? But then life happens. We get busy, we’re tired after work, or maybe we’re just a little shy.

Sometimes we think "loving our neighbor" has to be this massive, life-altering gesture. We think we need to host a huge block party or bake five-course meals for everyone on the street. But here’s the secret: intentional kindness is usually found in the small things. It’s about seeing people the way Jesus sees them, one person at a time, with a heart full of grace.

Being intentional just means living with purpose. It means choosing to notice the people God has placed right in front of us. Here are five simple ways you can start being more intentional with your community and loving your neighbors in Christ.

Lord, on this Mother's Day, I lift up everyone carrying complicated feelings today, because this day holds so much joy for some and so much ache for others.

Thank You for mothers who love selflessly, who sacrifice endlessly, who shape lives and hearts in ways that echo through generations, bless them and let them feel valued today.

Strengthen single mothers carrying the weight of two parents, exhausted from doing it all, wondering if they're enough, they are doing a braver work than they know.

Be near to those whose arms ache for a child they couldn't have, who've walked the painful road of infertility, who feel this day as a reminder of longing unfulfilled.

Comfort those grieving children they've lost, whether through miscarriage, illness, accident, or circumstances too painful to name, mothers whose children aren't here to celebrate with them today.

Be with mothers who don't know where their children are today, separated by estrangement, distance, addiction, or circumstances beyond their control, still loving, still praying, still hoping.

Hold close everyone mourning their own mother, feeling the emptiness of this first Mother's Day without her, or the hundredth, missing her voice, her presence, her love.

Draw near to those with complicated relationships with their mothers, where this day brings more pain than celebration, where wounds are still open and healing feels far away.

See the stepmothers, foster mothers, grandmothers raising grandchildren, spiritual mothers, and every woman who has mothered someone not born to her, their love counts too.

Let this day hold space for both celebration and grief, for gratitude and longing, for joy and tears, knowing You see every heart and meet each one exactly where they are.

In Jesus' name,

Amen.

Lord, soften my heart to see people the way You see them.

It’s easy to remember who someone used to be. The mistakes, the patterns, the past, it can cloud the way I see them now. Sometimes I don’t even realize how quickly I judge, how quietly I hold onto what they’ve done instead of noticing what You might be doing in them today.

But You don’t look at us that way.

You see beyond the past. You see the returning heart, the small steps, the quiet desire to change. Where I might see history, You see hope. Where I might see failure, You see redemption already at work.

Trusting You means letting go of my judgment and choosing grace instead. It means believing that if You are willing to restore, then I should be willing to welcome. Because the truth is, I’ve needed that same grace too.

And You’ve given it freely.

You have never defined me by my worst moments. You have met me with mercy again and again. You have been patient with my growth, faithful in my wandering, and kind in my returning.

So today, help me reflect that same heart.

Lord, remove judgment from my spirit and replace it with compassion. Teach me to celebrate restoration, not question it. Let me love others the way You have loved me.

I surrender my perspective to You. In Jesus' name, Amen.

Father, I choose to follow You even when the destination is hidden.

Lord, I am holding onto Your hem, knowing You are leading me well.

Help me to walk in faith and not by sight today.

I trust that Your light is enough for the step I am on right now.

Thank You for Your constant guidance and Your unchanging love.

In Jesus' name, Amen.

Father, the world feels a little too noisy today, and the storm feels so close to my heart. Lord, I am learning to remember that You are the calm in my boat, even when the waves rise. I surrender my need for control and choose to anchor my heart in Your truth, for it is the only way to find genuine rest. I find my peace in You alone.

Lord, teach me to pray, not only when I need something, but because of who You have always been.

So often I come to You when life feels heavy, when I need answers, when I feel overwhelmed. But today, You remind me that prayer is more than asking—it is remembering.

Remembering Your goodness.

When I look back, I see how many times You carried me through things I thought would break me. You gave me strength when I had none left. You protected me in ways I didn’t even notice. You answered prayers, and even when You didn’t answer the way I expected, You were still working for my good.

You have been faithful.

Let gratitude shape my prayers today. Instead of leading with worry, help me begin with thankfulness. For the breath in my lungs. For another morning. For the quiet ways You’ve been present in my life.

As I thank You, something changes in me. Worry begins to loosen. Complaints grow quieter. Peace begins to rise.

Remind me that I never run out of reasons to come to You with a grateful heart.
You have been so good to me.

And You still are.
In Jesus’ name, Amen.

Father, sometimes I forget that You are in the transitions. I focus so much on where I’m going or where I’ve just been that I miss You in the middle. Even in this simple walk to the mailbox, my mind is usually already racing to the next task on my list.

Lord, help me slow down. I want to acknowledge You in these small gaps of time: the quiet seconds between the busy. My heart is so prone to wander and try to take control, but here in the stillness of the path, I remember that You are the one truly directing my steps. Thank You for being present in the ordinary and for making every little step sacred.

In all your ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct your paths. : Proverbs 3:6
