Faith Tested by Fire: The Story of Brother Nestor Estimadora
Brother Nestor Estimadora’s journey is a living testimony that faith, patience, and obedience to God never go unrewarded. Once an assistant pastor in a Born Again sect, he began to question his calling when the rituals he performed, such as the “laying on of hands” never resulted in true healing. His search for biblical truth eventually led him to the teachings of Brother Eli Soriano—a decision that would usher in the greatest trial of his life.
When Brother Nestor embraced the truth in 1997, persecution did not come from strangers, but from within his own home. His wife, “Nene,” fiercely opposed his newfound faith. She forced him to choose between God and his family, destroyed his Bible, and humiliated him publicly. He even faced the heartbreak of her infidelity. Yet through tears, prayers, and unwavering commitment, Brother Nestor held on. Though Brother Eli never knew his personal struggles at the time, every topic shared during gatherings felt like medicine—healing wounds that only God could see.
The teachings that carried Brother Nestor through years of persecution are the same words of God that continue to strengthen many today.
