🌈Delta Pride Picnic Aug. 16
Drop by the eighth annual Delta Pride Picnic and visit LUC’s booth to support our community, connect with friends and neighbours, and celebrate together. Or if you have an hour or two to spare, help out at our table. We’d love to see you there in either capacity!

The annual Delta Pride Picnic began as a grassroots initiative to celebrate diversity and increase representation in Delta. Each year it has grown into a larger, joyful, family-friendly community event.

IMPORTANT NOTICE: Phishing Emails Impersonating Minister Nancy Painter.

We have become aware of a recent phishing emails being sent to some members of our congregation that appear to be from our Minister, Nancy Painter. These emails may ask you to meet or purchase gift cards.

Please remember that Nancy will never ask for gift cards, money, or personal information by email. Any legitimate email from her will come from [email protected].

If you receive a suspicious email, click on the sender’s name or email address to verify it. If it is not [email protected], do not reply. Please block the sender and delete the email.

We have investigated this with our email provider and found no evidence of a data breach. Unfortunately, phishing scams are increasingly common with sophisticated methods, so we encourage everyone to remain vigilant and verify any email that seems unusual or unexpected.

Aug. 10 Ladner Circle Dance "Summer Gifts" with Guest Facilitators

Guest Facilitators Kevin and Diane are Sacred Circle Dance facilitators. They have been weaving community sacred dance gatherings and seasonal celebrations for thirty years. Kevin is a skilled choreographer and musician. Together they love to travel and share beautiful and powerful dances created by some of their favorite choreographers from around the world as well as ancient and beloved traditional dances.

Everyone is welcome!

Whether you are a seasoned dancer or a total beginner, this experience is open to all. Each dance is taught and we all join the circle together.
