Circle Dance May 25

Buds Unfold to Early Flowers
I am conscious of nature’s outward thrust
In this season of flowers
And my heart is filled with joy.
The colours of my world.
The colours of my being.
The excitement of my life.
All these are the love of the Divine
Shining on my spirit.
There is not more that I need.
For I am complete.

Everyone is welcome. Come dance in the circle of beauty, joy, and peace to a variety of songs from around the world. We join the circle together and each dance is taught. No partner, nor experience is needed. We dance to the mantra, "There are no wrong steps, only variations!"

Join us for the next film in our Reel Justice documentary series this Wednesday, May 27 at 6:30pm.

Our Turn to Talk is about the mission to end stigma around mental health challenges, starting with the next generation. In this character-driven film, we go behind the scenes of a podcast production bringing together teens from all walks of life to use storytelling to bravely share their mental health journey without fear, shame or stigma.

Join these youth as they step into their voices and learn to create space to share the impact on their mental health of social media, sexual identity, gender identity, racism, and the pandemic.
