Kids will join us for worship and announcements, be celebrated for an amazing year, receive a small gift, and then head outside for a morning of fun!

👕 Reminder: Dress for mess! We plan to get wet, grassy, and have lots of fun.

☀️🎉 REGAL KIDS SUMMER KICKOFF 🎉☀️

Join us on Sunday, June 28 as we kick off an exciting summer with our Regal Kids!

Kids will stay in the service for worship and announcements, where we'll bring them up front for a special celebration, recognize our amazing year together, and send them off with a small gift.

Then it's time for some outdoor fun! 🌳🎈

We'll be spending the morning playing games, making memories, and celebrating the start of summer with:

🪂 Parachute games
🏃 Three-legged races
🥔 Potato sack races
🥚 Egg-and-spoon races
💪 Tug of war

👕 Dress for fun! Please send your kids in clothes and footwear that can get messy, wet, and grass-stained...we want them to enjoy being kids without worrying about keeping clean!

🌭 After the service, everyone is invited to stay for our Summer Kickoff BBQ and enjoy some food and fellowship together.

We can't wait to celebrate with you and make some unforgettable summer memories!

Today in Sunday School, we celebrated all that we've learned through The Biggest Story curriculum this year! 📖✨

From Creation to Esther, our children walked through God's Big Story and discovered an important truth:

❤️ God loves His people.
🙏 God is always with us.
🌟 God always keeps His promises.

Through games, crafts, and interactive activities, our Seedlings and Branches classes explored how each Bible story fits together as part of one amazing story - God's plan to rescue and love His people.

As we head into summer, we're pressing pause on The Biggest Story so that no child misses out or falls behind while families enjoy vacations and summer adventures. But don't worry, Sunday School is continuing all summer long! ☀️

Each class will enjoy a special summer series filled with fun lessons, activities, and opportunities to grow in faith together. We look forward to picking up The Biggest Story again this fall right where we left off.

Thank you to our wonderful teachers, volunteers, and families for making this year so meaningful. We can't wait to see what God has in store this summer!

Lesson Recap:
This week we learned about Queen Esther, a brave young woman whom God used to save His people. Esther became queen of Persia, but when an evil man named Haman made a plan to destroy all the Jewish people, Esther had a very important choice to make.

Even though she was afraid, Esther trusted God and courageously went before the king to ask for help. God used Esther's bravery and obedience to protect His people and stop Haman's evil plan.

This story reminds us that God can use ordinary people to do extraordinary things for Him. When we trust God and do what is right, He can work through us in powerful ways. 💛

✨ This Week at Regal Kids: Lesson Recap & Memory Verse 📖💛

⭐ Practice this week’s memory verse at home and try saying it with your class next Sunday to earn a sticker!

Lesson Recap:
This week we learned about Nehemiah, a faithful leader whom God used to help rebuild the walls around Jerusalem. Even though enemies tried to stop the work by making threats and causing trouble, Nehemiah trusted God, prayed for help, and encouraged the people to keep going.

With God's help, the wall was completed, and the people gathered together to worship. Ezra read God's Word to them, and they listened carefully. As they heard God's Word, they realized their need for Him and were filled with both sorrow for their sins and joy in God's goodness.

This story reminds us that God's Word is important, and we grow closer to Him when we listen to it, learn from it, and obey it. 💛
