The Port Wallis Songwriters’ Circle returns Saturday, September 19, hosted by Mel Farrimond, with three very special guests:

🎸 Leona Burkey
🎸 Steven Clintock

This isn’t your typical concert.

A Songwriters’ Circle brings the artists together on stage, sharing original songs, the stories behind them, and the conversation and connection that happen when talented songwriters get together.
From folk and folk-rock to Cape Breton storytelling and songs that have reached audiences around the world, this is going to be a special night of live music in Dartmouth.

On September 19, Mel Farrimond, David Muise, Leona Burkey and Steven McClintock will share the stage at Port Wallis Sanctuary.

Mel Farrimond brings introspective folk, intelligent lyrics and memorable melodies.

Cape Breton’s David Muise is a songwriter and storyteller whose latest project is a collection of original mining songs recorded with JP Cormier.

Leona Burkey pairs an open-heart voice with folk-rock guitar and her own Cape Breton troubadour style.

Texas-born Steven McClintock is a singer, songwriter and producer with almost 20 million records sold to his credit and Top 40 songs across folk, pop and rock.
