Steak and Pub Night 2026

The Property Committee is once again hosting Christ Church's annual Steak and Pub Night! Last year's pub night was a great success and the proceeds went toward the construction of our new bathroom. The details for this year's event are as follows:
- Saturday, September 19, 2026
- 5:30 pm to 7:30 pm
- $35 per person - price includes steak meal and dessert
- Beverages available for purchase
- 50/50 draw
Tickets available this week from members of the Property Committee (Marg Seaman, Cathy Connors, Shawn Lepage, Sam Vardy, Richard Derible and Dwight Corbin)

Blessing of the Backpacks

September 13th at our 10:00 am service:
As a new school year begins, we invite all students, teachers, and school staff to join us for a special Blessing of the Backpacks! Bring your backpack, school bag, or lunch bag as we pray for a year filled with learning, friendship, courage, and God’s guidance. Also, if you have a bag that you take to work, please feel free to bring it along for a blessing!
Whether you’re starting kindergarten, heading back to high school, or beginning a new year of teaching, everyone is welcome! Come and receive a blessing for the journey ahead.
