On May 10th, we took time to honor and celebrate the incredible impact that mothers have in our lives. Mothers are a precious gift from God — they love us unconditionally, nurture our hearts, shape our character, and help guide us through life’s journey with wisdom and care.

As each mother entered, she was warmly welcomed with a thoughtful gift: a beautiful hand mirror accompanied by a heartfelt note reminding her of the invaluable and beautiful role she holds in the lives of her family and community. Guests were also invited to enjoy a special photo booth experience where mothers and their children could capture treasured moments together. These photographs were later presented as keepsakes to remember this meaningful occasion.

During the gathering, our youngsters shared touching appreciation readings that expressed love and gratitude for all that mothers do.

Excitement filled the room as the grand door prize was drawn and awarded to one blessed mother.

The celebration was beautifully concluded with a message from God’s Word shared by Pastor Chuck entitled “Expressions of the Nurturing Heart,” reminding us of the strength, compassion, sacrifice, and love reflected through the hearts of mothers every day.

Each year at this time we schedule and undertake a detailed yard clean up.

We vigorously rake the lawns to make way for new grass, clip back the shrubs for accentuated shapes. Also we clean the beds of dead leaves and plant materials, trim nuisance branches.

We are grateful for the wonderful team that was assembled comprised of individuals, couples. kids and families. If work can be fun and relationship building, we sure had it today!
