Todays Lesson: Jesus is put on trial before Pontius Pilate, the Roman governor. Although Pilate doesn’t think Jesus is guilty, he bows to pressure when the crowd chants “Crucify him!” Soldiers take Jesus’ clothes and mock him by putting a scarlet robe and a crown of thorns on him. They hit him and spit on him. Then they take him away to be crucified. Because he suffered, Jesus understands suffering.

Sunday, May 3rd, will be a Family Sunday at Life Branch Church.
Children aged 3 years - Grade 6 will join the rest of the congregation in the sanctuary for the service. Children and youth will be taking part in the service and activities will be available for the kids.
The Nursery (for ages 0 -2 years) will be open and available for use but will not be staffed.
Our regular SonGarden Kids program will resume on May 10.
