Students and Parents of Real Youth students.

Overflow youth conference is quickly approaching. Overflow youth conference is a conference in Waterloo Ontario that we attend annually. It is a weekend full of worship, the word, and craziness.

This year Overflow is May 19-21st. As we do, we will have the payment done in 2 separate payments. To make the early bird registration price, students will be expected to bring money and their permission form (if student is under 18) NO LATER than March 10th. The early bird cost is 80 dollars. This date guarentees the student a spot. After this date the cost goes up to 90 dollars. Students can register with Real Youth up to April 21st. We will take NO LATE registrations. The second payment, which will cover the accommodations and transportation will be due at a later date closer to the event. (Likely not until May).

For those students going to Activate at BRAESIDE, I have just been notified our payment must be in by the 12th of August! So your 2nd payment will be due sometime by that Friday afternoon!

We will do a car wash THIS SATURDAY for all of those students wishing to come! So book off this Saturday in your books for fundraising!
