St. Laurence Coquitlam

St. Laurence Coquitlam An affirming Anglican church in the heart of Coquitlam. Worship with deep roots and room to breathe, where honest questions are part of the journey.

The kettle is usually on. Current service times at saintlaurence.ca. We are a Christ-centred, people-focused community in the Tri-Cities, learning together what it means to live in the way of Jesus. Our worship is liturgical and participatory, exploring scripture, sharing communion, and practising rhythms of prayer that root us in God’s love and send us into the world. You’re welcome to come as you are — whether you’re full of faith, full of questions, or somewhere in between.

The penultimate week of Rector’s Rounds and we return to Port Coquitlam and to Joan’s lovely home. Aside from Philip, this was an all female gathering … but they tolerated him well enough 🤣.

A lovely curated supply of food was offered in style.

So many stories shared and we were struck about how many strong women rose above the many challenges they faced.

Thank you Joan and to all who came, it was wonderful.
