Friends in the Eastern Townships, I am looking for any contact information for former ministry personnel who served the congregation of Cookshire United Church/Trinity United Church in Cookshire, QC to let them know about an upcoming Anniversary Service on Sunday, September 15th. If anyone has an email/address/phone number, could you please send it to me in a private message? Many thanks!

Please note the worship service scheduled at the Brookbury United Church for 10:30 am this Sunday (July 28th), has been moved to the Sawyerville United Church at 10:30 am. Thank you for your understanding!

Due to the minister being sick, please note there will be no worship service this Sunday on the United Eaton Valley Pastoral Charge.

Join us for a combined Advent 1 & Advent 2 Sunday service on December 3rd at 9:30 am at Trinity United Church in Cookshire (190 rue Principale Ouest) or at 11 am at Sawyerville United Church (42 rue Principale Nord, Sawyerville).

Please share to help us reach as many people as possible! Thank you!

Greetings PC Family!

Sorry it's been a while, but here are some announcements for our faith family:

This weekend, join us for our Thanksgiving Sunday Service at Sawyerville United Church at 10 am. We will be celebrating Communion. Please bring something to personally eat and drink for our celebration. If people forget, Rev Tami will have extra's to share. All are welcome!

The Sawyerville UCW is selling Church Calendars at $6.00 per calendar. To order calendars through the Trinity Church Congregation, please speak with Sharon Moore or leave a message for her at the Church office (819 889 2838).

In the Sawyerville Community, please speak with Wendy Mackay.

For those who see this post online and want to order a calendar or mutliple calendars, please reach out to me online and I will take your order and pass them on to our UCW!

Wishing out PC family near and far a very Happy and safe Thanksgiving weekend!

Much love,

Rev Tami

Our Pastoral Charge family has been deeply saddened at Bruce's sudden passing. Our love and comfort are being offered to Ilah, Tracy, Christine, Ginger & all who are grieving. 🫂 ♥️

It is with heavy hearts we announce the sudden passing of Bruce Batley, at the age of 79, of Island brook, at the CHUS Fleurimont on May 14, 2023. Bruce was the son of the late Sterling Batley and Peggy Coates.
