Knox United Church - Consort

Knox United Church was established in 1909 in the Village of Consort, AB. Led by Rev.

Johnny Rhoad, we hold worship services on the 1st and 3rd Sunday of each month @ 11:00am.

As we enter the summer months, our schedule will be adjusted slightly, and we have some special events.

Sunday 21 June 2026 - Worship 11 am, Knox United

Sunday 5 July 2026 - Worship 11am and Potluck Picnic at Gooseberry Lake, lower cookhouse.

Sunday 2 August 2026 - Worship 11am, Knox United, Rev. Ted Lutz preaching and Hutchings Family Reunion.

No worship services on Sunday 19 July or Sunday 16 August 2026.

Fall schedule begins with worship at Knox United Church, Consort Sunday 6 September 2026 at 11am.

Messy Church - 5-7pm - Food, Fun, Fellowship & Bible activities - free event at Knox United Church, Consort on Thursday 22 October & Thursday 19 November 2026.

Annual Report is now available on our website www.consortknoxunited.com

The annual general meeting will be held on February 15, following the regular service. Please join us at 11:00 am for Worship and a potluck before the meeting.

Tax receipts are being mailed out this week, just in time for our Annual General Meeting.

To help us save on paper and postage, this year’s Annual Report will be available on our website instead of printed copies.

Communion Sunday: 11am, Sunday, 15 February 2026

Reminder: Reports are due for Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Annual General Meeting: Sunday, 15 February – Meeting will commence after worship & potluck in the fellowship hall.

“World Day of Prayer Ecumenical Worship” will be 7pm on Thursday 5 March @ The Consort Lodge Chapel – refreshments & visiting will follow in the main dining hall

We will not have worship @ Knox United on Sunday 1 March 2026 – instead we will have worship for Palm Sunday 29 March 2026 and Easter 5 April both worship services at 11am.

Special worship for Good Friday 7pm on 3 April at Knox United Church.
