Happy New Year Ladies!!!...Here we are again, A new year and a new journey!!!...We will be launching this season on January 14 at 9:45 am. We will doing a light workout with Melveena Roberts leading the way. THIS IS A JUDGEMENT FREE ZONE!!! dress appropriately/ modestly as we are still in a church. There will be smoothies and healthy snacks. You are welcome to bring some of your own healthy snacks/recipies to share. PLEASE take time to view the introductory video of RAHAB as its our new study.
