The Wesleyan Church Emergency Relief Fund has been activated for Wesleyans in The Philippines who have lost their church buildings and homes in last week's 7.8 Earthquake. Churches, families, and communities across the affected region are facing significant challenges as they recover from the impact of the disaster.
As followers of Jesus, we are reminded that “if one part suffers, every part suffers with it” (1 Corinthians 12:26). One of the strengths of our global church is that no one suffers alone. In moments of crisis, we come alongside one another as one family in Christ, offering hope, help, and tangible expressions of God’s love.
How can you help?
PRAY: Please join us in praying for our brothers and sisters in the Philippines. Pray for those who have lost homes, places of worship, and a sense of normalcy. Ask God to bring comfort, provision, and hope in the days ahead. Also pray for pastors and church leaders serving during this difficult time.
GIVE: Your financial gift will help provide practical assistance, compassionate care, and support for long-term recovery efforts. The following link offers giving options for our congregations: https://www.wesleyan.org/philippines-earthquake-response-june-10-2026
