where women feel heard in a world that seems to feel loud and overwhelming. To make a relaxing environment where life can be calm, if but for a moment. Where change and healing can be fostered in a warm and caring way. I endeavour to be a calming presence in a woman’s life, so that she knows she is loved and worthy. I will lend an unbiased listing ear and help them navigate and evaluate problem areas in their lives. With professional advice and clarity, I can offer strategies and help them develop an action plan that will directly impact their life and family. If someone is Struggling with anxiety, depression, stress, life transitions or other life challenges, I can help them develop coping strategies to help navigate these situations as well. I will work with them to make an end goal and address their needs both Mentally, physically and emotionally. I can also help with more basic necessities of life as well such as: Daily, family and home life Goal planning. Life and home organizational strategies. Even with things as simple as teaching a woman to make a grocery list or to do list for their family. No problem is too small. I can be in their corner for all support needed in life, and to help them understand what changes can be made to achieve their end goal. I dedicate to use a person-centred approach to get to the root of the problem and work up from there.
