Georges in East Chester (except the first or fifth Sunday of the month). Stephen's in Chester Village is 10:30 AM Services are every Sunday at 10:30 AM.

It was a beautiful concert Thursday at St. Stephen's and Tom Bremner certainly said it well:
"The week continued with an incredible Thursday evening musical celebration in recognition of the 100th anniversary of the Royal Canadian Legion in Canada. A large crowd gathered to enjoy outstanding musical performances, fascinating stories of our wartime history, and a wonderful display of community pride and spirit provided by a group of youth, adult, and senior participants. What a moving experience."

A CAN'T MISS SHOW THURSDAY JULY 30TH! Once again St. Stephen's is hosting a gorgeous show. (60 REGENT ST. CHESTER, NS). It's a unique lineup and includes Bill Stevenson and Cynthia Myers performing together for the first time, Doug MacArthur singing a sea chanty, LLewellyn playing classical organ, The Studio Singers and a new Chester Women's Choir, Whitman Giffin, several teens singing or reading stories of local people who served in WWI or WWII. This powerful lineup of musicians and readers will commemorate the 100th anniversary of the legion. Sea Shanties, Organ music, Jazz, and even a song by the Dixie Chicks will mesh together to mark the 100th Anniversary of the forming of the Legion. In this case we mean the Chester Legion, Butler Branch #44 and the Chester Basin Legion Everett Branch 88. By honouring those who served in WWI and WWII, we remind ourselves that ‘Older men declare war. But it is youth that must fight and die…’: - Hoover.
