DO YOU RECOGNIZE THIS BUILDING? It depends how old you are! This stood at the corner of Alder and Willow Street in Chemainus where Chemainus United Church now stands. This Sunday, June 4th, at 10 a.m. there will be a presentation of the history of the church in photos and word. Whether you were a member during the 1950's, 60's 70's or 80's or not, you may be interested to hear this. This year the church is celebrating seventy years on the site. Everyone is welcome to the service.

MISSING: A white, hand painted sign with the words “Love Is Patient, Love Is Kind” was removed from the front garden at the Chemainus United Church on Willow Street.

The volunteer gardening team at the church would like to have the sign returned so that it can be enjoyed by many.
