"Your body still needs to stay hydrated. Make sure you continue to drink water throughout the day, especially in the mornings after your body has gone without water throughout the entire night."

It is best to drink water to stay hydrated during your fasting time. 💦

Our body's require proper rest in order to function properly especially when we are fasting/not eating. Proper sleep ensures we have enough energy to get through each day and overcome the temptation of hunger. Although, we love to stay up late, let's make sure we are getting to bed on time so we can get enough rest! 😴

| 21 Days of Prayer & Fasting

Our church will be conducting 21 days of fasting starting January 9th-29th. We will be including AOP Kidz in this fast with a kid-friendly version. We’ve done this before, so many of you may be familiar with it. We have put together specific instructions to make it as easy as possible for parents to prepare for. Please contact one of our leaders for a copy of the document if you haven't received it already.

We will also be meeting online every Thursday at 6:30pm for 45mins during the fast. A link will be provided this week!

We are looking forward to this fast with AOP Kidz 💕✨☺️
