Did you know that even angelic beings learn about God’s wisdom through the church?

In Ephesians 3:10, Paul describes one of the purposes of the church:

"His intent was that now, through the church, the manifold wisdom of God should be made known to the principalities and the powers in the heavenly places."

Paul uses the terms "principalities" and "powers" in Ephesians 6:12, where he specifically refers to demonic powers. This means that even fallen angels witness God's manifold wisdom through what He is accomplishing in the church.

What an extraordinary reminder that God's work through the church is observed far beyond the visible world!

We remember the lives taken on October 7, 2023, the families forever changed, and all those who continue to carry the weight of that day.

Today, we pause to honor their memory and stand with those who continue to hope, heal, and rebuild.

May their memories be a blessing. 🕯️
