This Sunday is Hymn Sunday. Our time of worship will be focused on singing songs that have been the foundation of Christian worship for hundreds of years. It is so special to think about how many believers in the past sang these exact words as they worshiped God. We enjoyed being together for worship in church on Sunday! Joe brought a great message. He spoke about how seeing faith in the name of Jesus as something that acts, works, or moves through us is the only way to effectively deal with the burdens of our lives. Jesus moved to produce in us saving faith. We hope that you were encouraged for your week ahead.

We had an excellent time together in church on Sunday. It was so good to hear from Isaac Ford about the mission work and training in Mexico that his family was involved with earlier this year. We hope you were encouraged by their testimony and that you will join us in praying for them as they prepare to go back in the fall.

It was a great time together on Sunday! Joe brought a great message about how Christians have been given something to help people in need that goes beyond the mere improvement of earthly conditions. Rather, the gospel message that we have been entrusted to share addresses the deeper need. We hope that you were encouraged for your week!
