Last week we welcomed this years students, new and returning, to the college. We had a variety of outings to build connection, as well as orientation day and the beginning of classes! We have a lot of expectation for this school year.

Our sister College in Nagaland India has started their new semester! We welcome previous and new students for the 2026 school year. May this verse encourage you all as you study God's word.

ALUMNI SPOTLIGHT - Daniel Verkoeyen
Attended 2004/2005 and received a Certificate of Biblical Studies. Daniel remembers fondly his time at Clearwater, known then as Living Faith Bible College, where he grew in his faith and knowledge of the Lord. He also enjoyed the friendships he developed and the serene setting of the campus.

Daniel prayed for God’s direction in his life for many years, desiring a ministry related occupation. He was eventually led to pursue a career in Funeral Services, a calling where he is able to minister to families in the most difficult season of their life and show them God’s care and compassion. He met his wife, Audrey, at Humber College in Toronto and they now have two daughters they raise & homeschool in Kingsville, Ontario.

His compassionate care as a Funeral Director led him to writing the book “Grief Bleeds, Healing in Loss”. It is a guide for those who are walking through the grief of loss as well as for those who love them and want to help. In it, he gives practical and meaningful guidance through stories and the metaphor, a simple to remember yet very helpful tool! It is for believers and unbelievers alike.
