We offer engaging theological discussion, spiritual direction, mentoring relationships and most importantly, prayer. re alike, each retreat at Serenity Christian Retreats is customized to meet the individual needs of each guest. Before you arrive your host will contact you to better understand your needs and desires for a retreat to endeavour to create the appropriate retreat experience that will be both engaging and refreshing. Discussions will be based on each persons ministry, needs and spiritual journey and we will seek God's direction in His word and other Christian resources. Spiritual direction is simply providing guidance and resources to individuals to help them discern the path that is being laid out before them. Regardless of the nature of the specific retreat, each individual will be offered one to one mentoring while on site and later follow-up as needed. Time can also be set aside to explore the wonders of creation in the surrounding area. Nova Scotia has been blessed with many beautiful places where you can find God in the midst of His creation. Retreats for couples are also available. When the two become one our lives become intertwined. If you feel that as a couple you need to not only refresh yourselves individually, but also need to strengthen your relationship together so that as a couple you are strengthened for the demands of ministry, then ask about arranging for a special couples retreat.
