We’re hosting a Mental Health Weekend at the end of January, featuring a series of seminars designed to create space for learning, reflection, and healthy dialogue.

Friday, January 23 – Youth & Parents - Building Reseliance Through Faith | 7:00 PM

Saturday Morning – All-Church - Managing Mental Health with Spirtuality | 10:00 AM

Saturday Evening – Young Adults - Whole Person Wellness: Faith, Mental Health & Everyday Tools | 6:30 PM

Sunday Morning – Message with Pastor David Dwarka

These seminars will explore a variety of mental health topics and offer practical tools to help strengthen your mental health as we head into the new year.
