"I REALIZED THAT GOD TRULY LOVES ME."

More than 100 teenagers took part in a Christian camp, where they studied the Bible alongside local ministry leaders and School Without Walls leaders, made new friends, and spent time together in fellowship.

Among the participants was 13-year-old Sofia. This was her first teen camp. She was looking forward to an exciting program, meeting new people, and spending time with friends, but God had something much more in store for her.

Before the camp, Sofia often struggled with difficult thoughts. She felt that she had made too many mistakes and that God would not want to speak to her. But during one of the evening services, she experienced His love and acceptance in a very real way.

“I want to believe that it really was God, because I am only beginning to learn how to hear and understand Him. But in that moment, I felt very clearly that God hears me and loves me.”

For Sofia, this encounter marked the beginning of a new journey. Now she wants to learn even more about Jesus and grow closer to Him.

Please pray for Sofia as she grows in her faith and give today to help us reach more teens for Christ: https://buff.ly/vMqYoAv

17-year-old School Without Walls student, Matvey, was responsible for organizing a Christian teen camp for the first time in Poland. Previously, he had attended camps as a participant, then served as an assistant leader, and now he was entrusted with leading the camp alongside other organizers.

Throughout the preparation process, he repeatedly returned to the notes he had taken during School Without Walls training. Whenever questions, misunderstandings, or difficult situations arose within the team, the knowledge he had gained through his training helped him make wise decisions, maintain unity, and keep moving forward.

“Today I understand that God had been preparing me for this long before now. Everything I learned in School Without Walls became part of my ministry and helped our team touch the hearts of dozens of teenagers,” Matvey shares.

With the support of Mission Eurasia, nearly 90 children from the Kharkiv region were able to leave behind the constant explosions and air raid alerts for a week and attend a camp near Lutsk.

For many of them, it was a time when they could simply fall asleep peacefully and wake up without fear. They didn’t have to listen anxiously to the sounds outside their windows or wait for the next air raid alert. Instead, they could play, spend time together, rest, and regain their strength.

The journey to the camp was incredibly difficult. But along the way, they witnessed the strength of Christian unity, as help seemed to come “from Heaven.”

At the Summer of Hope camp, children also discovered a source of security that does not depend on their circumstances—Jesus Christ. At a time when they were surrounded by so much fear and uncertainty, the children learned that they could trust Him and find peace, hope, and support in Him.

In Central Asia, a teen camp called “Children of God” was held among the Uyghur community, bringing together 15 teenagers. The main theme of the camp centered on a simple truth: every person is precious to God, loved by Him, and has a place in His family.

Through conversations and games, the teens explored topics such as fear, rejection, and their relationship with God. Those who initially kept to themselves gradually began to open up, learning to support one another and share what they were going through. For the leaders, it was especially meaningful to see how the teenagers changed throughout the camp and how they left filled with gratitude, reluctant to say goodbye. The camp also provided an opportunity to show Uyghur teenagers that they are precious to God and are not alone.

🙏 Please join us in praying for these teenagers—that the seeds of faith planted during camp will take root, that they will grow in their relationship with Christ, and that God will raise up a new generation of courageous Christian leaders in Central Asia.

❤️ Your support makes ministry like this possible. Give today at https://buff.ly/vMqYoAv to help us continue raising up Christian leaders and reaching the next generation with the hope of the gospel.

FROM EMPTINESS TO NEW LIFE

A Christian youth camp was held in Georgia with the theme “The Eternal Imprint of Christ.” Participants heard messages that will help them through different stages of life and equip them to be a light to those around them.

Henri learned about the camp through his grandmother. He had often seen advertisements for the camp, and one day he realized that he wanted to attend. Before coming to camp, he had been going through a difficult period. Tension within his family, constant pressure, and a sense of emptiness weighed heavily on him. He was searching for God, but he still carried pain and hopelessness inside.

At camp, something changed. “Before, I felt like I understood everything in my head, but I wasn’t living it in my heart,” Henri says.

Gradually, his pain and tension were replaced by love and warmth. Now, he wants to respond with kindness even to those who treat him poorly and devote more time to reading the Bible. “When I return home, you will see a better version of me. I won’t miss a single Christian gathering, and I will be actively involved in church.”

Your gift can help equip and support more Christian leaders as they reach young people like Henri with the hope of Christ. Give today at https://buff.ly/vMqYoAv and help raise up a new generation of faithful disciples and leaders!

Ten-year-old Grant never expected that a wrong address would change his family’s life. One day, he went with his mother as she searched for work. She had seen an announcement about available jobs, but they accidentally went to the wrong address and walked into a church instead. When Grant’s mother asked if they were hiring, church members told her they didn’t have any jobs but they could offer her family another kind of support.

After learning that she had two children, they told her about the church’s free day center, where children could come after school for homework help, nutritious meals, activities, friendship, and opportunities to learn about God. The very next day, Grant’s mother brought him and his 8-year-old sister, Gohar, to the center.

For two months, Grant and Gohar have been regular participants. Grant has made new friends, received help with his homework, played games, learned new things, and heard more about God and His love. He also had the opportunity to attend the center’s summer day camp, where he enjoyed games, contests, songs, Bible stories, and fun activities each day.

The children received Christian books to take home, which Grant enjoys reading, and church members have visited their family twice to talk about Jesus, pray with them, and offer encouragement. This support has been especially meaningful as Grant’s father recovers from leg surgery and struggles to walk.

Grant now believes that his family didn’t walk into that church by accident—God led them there. He is thankful for the day center, summer camp, new friends, and caring people God has placed in his life. His prayer is that his father will recover and that one day his whole family will attend church, learn about God together, and put their trust in Jesus Christ.

Summer of Hope is not only about fun but also about changing lives for eternity. At Summer of Hope Bible camps, children and teens throughout Eurasia and Israel experience days filled with laughter, friendship, games, and unforgettable memories while discovering the hope and love of Jesus. For many children facing uncertainty, hardship, or the effects of war and displacement, camp offers a safe place where they can simply be kids while hearing the gospel and learning that they are deeply loved by God.

Your generosity helps make these life-changing experiences possible. Give today at https://buff.ly/jwxsj8n to help more children attend a Summer of Hope Bible camp and encounter the hope found in Christ. 🙏

Looking for ways to pray for Mission Eurasia’s ministry? 🙏 Join us in lifting up these needs from across Eurasia and Israel ⬇️

Azerbaijan: Pray for spiritual awakening among young people in this Muslim-majority nation. Ask the Lord to open hearts to the gospel and raise up a new generation of devoted disciples who love God, are filled with the Holy Spirit, remain faithful to His Word, boldly share the gospel, and serve sacrificially to strengthen and grow the church.

Israel: Please pray for Yulia, who completed her military service in Israel and then spent three years in the United States, Spain, and Peru through her work with the State of Israel. Yulia recently returned to Israel. Please pray that she would be able to find work near Rishon LeZion and serve on the youth and teen ministry leadership team of a growing church community located there.

Ukraine & Europe: This month, members of Grace Church from Melitopol will come together for a special retreat, where Reverend Mykhailo Brytsyn, director of Mission Eurasia’s Religious Freedom Initiative, continues to serve. Pray that this gathering will be a meaningful time of encouragement, renewal, fellowship, and spiritual strengthening for everyone who attends.

Thank you for standing with Mission Eurasia in prayer. Your prayers are a vital part of bringing hope and the gospel to people throughout Eurasia.
