The UPPER ROOM HOP meeting in the Christian School in Cambridge - has many other prayer rooms (running alongside it and prayer rooms that have come off it running independently and some not all,)
prayed for and supported like the one at Toyota factory and another one developing in the UK and church prayer groups, that have formed through encouragement and through the Lord, where there was none before. We also pray for the SEVEN MOUNTAINS , (religion/church, politics/ government; education; family Media; Arts and entertainment; Business/finances and some have added Law and order and health) for our cities, Provinces, Nation of Canada and beyond. We have had in the past PRAYER WORKSHOPS and ALL NIGHT PRAYER VIRGILS We have had PRAYER EVENTS for the region where four cities have prayed for one another in two venues. God has been amazing! These points below are ongoing prayer groups that meet monthly/weekly etc the hash sign is what has been started by the UR
1. ; (3 full wards) and hospital staff prayer room monthly
2. EDUCATION; been involved with education generally as we are in a school which we pray for as well.
3. EARS TO HEAR Conference calls with Sara Maynard and the team (Red Leaf Prayer Min) to pray for the Nation
4. NEWSLETTER -(Used to be monthly but more like quarterly because of work load) Prayer points and news of what is happening in our region/nation/ global.
5. MINISTERIAL; Local and regional- involved in events and monthly meets with local pastors
6. # BUSINESS PRAYER GROUPS -We offer /support in prayer for individual businesses. General walk- around connecting with businesses and Non Profit Organisations and praying for those who say yes Sometimes that is a six month commitment others it is much more or less
7. # PASTORS WIVES GROUP Monthly meets and annual events to reach out to the community of leading ladies from far and wide I started this in 2011.
8. # MISSIONARIES;Praying for and supporting them and encouraging those with potential, weekly both while at home and away.-Touched countries like Scotland, South Africa, Sudan, India, UK, USA Canada of Course, Portugal
10. KOINONIA CHRISTIAN FELLOWSHIP; I'm part of the Connections ministry team and prayer for our leaders.
11 #. SKYPE and PRIVATE Prayer calls - weekly and sometimes monthly, with some folks who are far away. I hold many one on one phone prayer times as well On one day of the week I have five sometimes six phone prayer times with folks.
12 #. NEW PRAYER GROUPS this year. From Jan to Nov. 2016 We have seen30 NEW PRAYER GROUPS STARTED, Started by people being inspired and encouraged from sometimes me in thos groups and sometimes others in these groups .e.g. Some prayer groups have been started in their churches by those in these prayer group, others for their businesses, one in an overseas university and in Non profit organisations, to leaders, and by leaders in politics, and I'm doing street prayer and acts of kindness etc. Go God!! .( I walk with a friend, on the streets of our city once a week and spend three hours or more, praying for many and handing out care packets to some of those in need). God is Good and He is faithful to watch over His word to perform it in Jesus name ALL FOR HIS GLORY.
