St John's Parish Pilgrimage... Please Note: It's important to remember that a pilgrimage is not an holiday; while there will certainly be time for reflexion and some sight seeing, the emphasis is on spiritual growth and healing as we visit significant holy sites and shrines. Pilgrims need to be able bodied enough to walk the various sites including stairs, cobbled streets and the Holy Mile at Walsingham (to the Slipper Chapel). Space is limited, therefore the first priority will be members of the parish who have not been to Walsingham before, staff of the Gilbertine Institute, and if there is still space, members of St Benedict's, Edmonton. A deposit is required and payments can be made throughout until near to departure in 2027. If you are interested please email: [email protected] to receive the brochure.
