Today in church , we learnt that Esther didn’t walk into the king’s presence unprepared, she prayed, she fasted, and she sought God first.

Before the courage came the consecration. Before the favour came the fasting. Before she stood before the king, she had already bowed before God.

Esther’s story reminds us that some battles are won in prayer before we ever face them in person. 🙏🏾

“Fast for me… I and my attendants will fast as you do.” — Esther 4:16

We are deeply grateful for the gift of our dear Matriarch, Abigail Osunmakinde.

Having you with us in Calgary was a blessing we do not take for granted. Thank you for your prayers, your words of encouragement, and for continually pouring into God’s people with such grace and love.

Your presence reminded us once again of the blessing of having a mother whose heart is fully yielded to God. We are honoured to be covered by your prayers and grateful for the privilege of receiving you.
