**Can I ask you a few questions?**
Have you ever known a relationship wasn't healthy, but leaving felt impossible?
Do you keep attracting people who make you question your worth?
Did you grow up walking on eggshells, never knowing which version of someone you were going to get?
Do you apologize for things that aren't your fault?
Do you feel responsible for fixing everyone around you?
Does peace sometimes feel unfamiliar... while chaos feels like home?
Have you ever asked yourself...
**"Why do I keep ending up here?"**
Or perhaps the question that haunted me the most...
**"Why can't I just let go?"**
What if I told you the answer isn't because you're weak?
**No one told me** that trauma bonds don't always begin with a romantic relationship.
**No one told me** they can begin in childhood with the very people we depended on for love, safety, and survival.
**No one told me** that our nervous system learns what love feels like long before we ever choose a partner.
**No one told me** that what I thought was love was often familiarity.
**No one told me** that healing wasn't about trying harder—it was about understanding why my mind, body, and heart kept returning to what was familiar.
So I wrote the book I wish someone had handed me years ago.
**From Bo***ge to Freedom** is more than a book about trauma bonds.
It's about understanding the patterns that shaped you.
It's about returning safety to your body.
It's about breaking cycles instead of passing them on.
It's about finding compassion for yourself instead of shame.
And it's about remembering that your story doesn't have to end where your survival began.
If these questions stirred something inside you...
If you felt seen...
If you whispered, *"That's me..."*
Then I wrote this book for you.
My prayer is that these pages help you understand yourself, reclaim your voice, and take your first steps toward freedom.
❤️ **From Bo***ge to Freedom** is available now.
