Transitions is an 18-week peer-led, God-centred support group that is designed to foster healing in its participants. It is facilitated within a confidential, safe, and respectful environment of community and belonging for individuals working through the pain of separation and divorce.

Together, they reflected on walking together in mission, strengthening priestly fraternity and collaboration, and finding new ways to accompany and support families in parish life, through prayer and listening.

Today, the Church honours the Blessed Virgin Mary as Our Lady of the Most Holy Rosary.

Through the Holy Rosary, Mary leads us closer to her Son, Our Lord Jesus Christ, inviting us to meditate upon the mysteries of His life, Passion, Death, and Resurrection. May this beautiful prayer deepen our love for Christ, strengthen our faith, and conform our hearts to His Sacred Heart.

At Lourdes and Fatima, Mary urged us to pray the Rosary, especially for peace and conversion. Today, let us entrust our families, our Church, and our world to her maternal care and intercession.

The Holy Rosary was entrusted to Saint Dominic de Guzmán in 1212 when the Blessed Virgin Mary appeared to him in response to his prayer for guidance in combating heresy.

On this feast, may we pray the Rosary with renewed devotion, trusting Mary to lead us ever closer to Jesus.
