STREAMS OF JOY INTERNATIONAL DAILY DEVOTIONAL-AUGUST 10,2026

STRATEGIC MEN

“And David said to him, Canst thou bring me down to this company? And he said, Swear unto me by God, that thou wilt neither kill me, nor deliver me into the hands of my master, and I will bring thee down to this company.” (1 Samuel 30: 15)

That is the Focal Scripture of Streams of Joy Devotional today.

Prior to our Focal Scripture, David left behind two hundred men at the Brook Besor, because they were too tired to continue the journey of recovering what was lost. Those men didn’t offer much value for the journey. Notice that after the two hundred men failed David, he came in contact with one man who took him to where he needed to be. Two hundred men walked away, and one strategic man walked in to help David achieve his mission.

Friend, I pray for you: when men who have less value walk away from you, may God send you men who have a higher value. When those you once counted on, walk away from you, may men with a higher value show up for you. When men you once trusted walk away and abandon you, may God send you men who will erase the effect of those who walked away. May God send you men who will offer more than those who left you.

The two hundred men who stayed back at Brook Besor, were warriors ordinarily. They were men of strength, but when their strength failed them, it was one man of strategy that made the difference. Put differently, where strength failed, strategy prevailed. I pray for you: may God open your eyes to see the strategy that will prevail over strength. May God show you that plan of heaven that will defeat the mighty.

At the time when David set out, it seemed that he needed the two hundred men who abandoned the chase; but he came in contact with one man whose contribution to his victory outweighed whatever he lost through the men that left. Hear me as I hear the Lord: God is sending you men who will bring exponential value over and above those that disappointed you.

For every multitude that has abandoned you, ask the Lord to send you men who have what you need. Ask the Lord to send you men who will cause strategy to prevail over mere strength and numbers.

Proverbs 24: 5-6 (MSG) says: “It’s better to be wise than strong; intelligence outranks muscle any day. Strategic planning is the key to warfare; to win, you need a lot of good counsel.”

Behind the global impact is a heart that loves people deeply.
Behind the powerful message is a man who remains committed to the secret place.
Behind the mandate is an unwavering YES that has continued through every season.

Thank you Papa Jerry Uchechukwu Eze for teaching us that influence is a responsibility, leadership is service, and true impact is found in pouring yourself out for others.

DAY 29 - LET THE FIRE FALL: RESTORATION & HIGH FAVOR👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻🙏🏻🔥

Psalm 103, 1 Kings 18:20-39, Isaiah 61:1-4, Malachi 4:2, 2 Thessalonians 1:7-8, Hebrews 12:29, Colossians 2:13-15

DECLARE:
El-Roi, Whatever You are doing in this season, MAKE ME NUMBER ONE! Make me a first partaker! Let me not only hear about what You are doing in the lives of others; let my life become an announcement of Your power, miracles and manifestations! (Psalm 103:1-5; Isaiah 61:1-3)

El-Roi, the God of my journey who answers by fire, let your power be made known in me out of these 40 days of power, miracles and manifestations! Every altar speaking against my health, family, business, career, ministry and destiny, let them catch fire! August to December: LET THE FIRE FALL! (1 Kings 18:36-39; Hebrews 12:29)

Whatsoever I have lost through seasons of delays, ignorance, repeated battles, wrong decisions, evil manipulation or circumstances beyond my control, by the zeal of El-Roi, let everything be restored! (Psalm 103:2-5; Isaiah 61:7)

The Sun of Righteousness has arisen over me with healing in His wings! From the crown of my head to the soles of my feet, let every sickness, weakness, pain and infirmity expire now! (Malachi 4:2; Psalm 103:2-3)

I carry the mantle of High Favor; Wherever my name is mentioned, favor answers! Wherever my file appears, mercy speaks! Men and women ordained to announce, recommend, remember and establish me, LOCATE ME BY FIRE! My season of high favor has come! (Psalm 102:13; Proverbs 3:4)

Every God-ordained idea, vision, project, business, ministry and assignment connected to my destiny, RECEIVE LIFE! Let there be life, Let there be Light! Manifest, Now! (Isaiah 61:4; Habakkuk 2:2-3)

I refuse to remain where I have outgrown! Every force resisting my rising, BREAK! El-Roi, reposition me for relevance, influence, impact and greater manifestations! Take me from obscurity to visibility, from the back to the place of divine distinction! (Isaiah 61:3-4; Psalm 75:6-7)

O LORD, EXTEND MY BORDERS! ENLARGE MY TERRITORY! Take me beyond my current destiny height! Enlarge my influence, extend my impact, increase my results and multiply my evidence! Amen! (1 Chronicles 4:10; Isaiah 54:2-3)

Our morning season is here, Joy has come! Cycles and patterns of bitter tears from losses, attacks and arrows, End! This August, by reason of these 40 days of power, miracles and manifestations, my family members and I break out by fire! (Psalm 30:5)

In the order of Hebrews 12:29, I decree and declare The Lord my God is a consuming fire, right now, over demonic lists of affliction, stubborn pursuers in my health, repeated battles, patterns and cycles in my bloodline: LET THE FIRE FALL!

August 2026: THE LION OF THE TRIBE OF JUDAH HAS PREVAILED! By this , I refuse to service negativity with my money! In the remaining months of 2026, I will not be a victim of that evil day that drains the resources of men, today I declare, by the mantle of exemption at work on the NSPPD Altar of Fire, let every plan of the enemy be reversed by Fire! (Revelations 5:5)

2026: I am Hid in Christ and Christ in God! Therefore Any wicked hand that will point at me or anyone connected to steal, kill or destroy, by the power that raised Jesus from the dead, be destroyed by Fire! (John 10:10, Colossians 3:3)

THE BLOOD OF JESUS; MY DIVINE IMMUNITY! By the blood of Jesus, I am supernaturally vaccinated and immune to infirmities, epidemics and pandemics! I overcome by the blood of the lamb and by the Word of my testimony! Amen! (Hebrews 12:24, Romans 12:11)

Any mistake that will put my destiny at risk - ungodly thoughts that form strongholds in the mind, wrong confessions that engineer bondages, demonic relationships create the right environment for losses, I reject you by the mercies of El-Roi, in the name of Jesus, break! (Psalm 13:5)

Because My body is the temple of the Holyghost, by the power at work in me, I call forth Brand New body parts, New body organs, New tissues - from the crown of my head to the sole of my feet, Let everything be made New! (1 Corinthians 16:9)

I and all those the Lord has given to me are for signs and wonders! Not for sickness and diseases! Whatever was not planted by God in our Health, right now I shake it off! Generational/Environmental/Territorial sicknesses and diseases, not on our lives, I shake them off! Fire! Matthew 15:13

I will not be absent on any day of my celebration, Angels of the most High God, any planting of the wicked that will bring sudden illness and stand as a hinderance to my celebration, go forth, uproot and destroy! (Hebrews 1:14)

Lord as a mark of your high favor upon my life, please give me you, El-Roi, God of my journey, settle me with more of your presence; launch me into fresh encounters that will make me a wonder in my generation, that will give me results that defy human efforts, natural protocols and processes! Luke 1:28

As The Sun rises, let the Glory upon my life rise, as the rains come, let there be a rain of favor upon me, even as the wind blows, let it arrive with unexpected sounds of joy, laughter and celebration. From August to December, all the elements of the earth have been mandated to deliver my restoration on every side. Amen! (Ephesians 1:3)

By the zeal of El-Roi, I am restored! I am healed! I am delivered! I am favored! My projects have received life! I am divinely positioned! My doors are opened! My testimony is completed! My territory is enlarged! Truly, What God Cannot Do Does Not Exist.

Today, we celebrate a true man of God, a loving shepherd, a faithful leader, and a blessing to many. We thank God for your life, your sacrifice, your wisdom, and the impact you continue to make.

May this new chapter be filled with greater grace, divine strength, abundant blessings, and the fulfillment of God’s purpose for your life. May your years ahead be even more glorious than the years behind you.

Thank you for leading, loving, and inspiring us. We are grateful for the gift that you are to us.

DAY 28 - THE SOUND OF ABUNDANCE OF RAIN📌🙏🏻👏🏻

DECLARE:
I hear the sound of abundance of rain! Seasons of dryness are over; the heavens are opening over me! I receive a rain of answers, a rain of favor, a rain of restoration and a rain of wonders. IT IS HEAVY! IT IS LOUD! (1 Kings 18:41-46)

Thou, O God, didst send a plentiful rain, whereby thou didst confirm thine inheritance, when it was weary! August: Let there be a plentiful rain over my life, my family, my health, career, business, ministry and destiny! Every area that has become weary from waiting is revived, renewed and restored! LET IT RAIN! (Psalm 68:9)

August to December: IT IS FINALLY MY TIME AND MY TURN FOR A RAIN OF ANSWERS! I see evidence on every side: rest from battles, global visibility, family good news, unprecedented rising, alignment, thrones and crowns, laughter and answered prayers! Whatever has been concluded in the spirit but is yet to become my evidence, MANIFEST! (Amos 9:13-15; Isaiah 25:9)

El-Roi, as I journey through these 40 Days of Power, Miracles and Manifestations, release upon me that rain that makes me an example of Your power! Let it show that I have met with You! LET IT RAIN! LET IT SHOW! (Psalm 84:7

In my body, soul and spirit, I am prepared, positioned and postured for my Rain of Answers! Battles against my focus, sicknesses of the body, attacks on the mind and coldness in the spirit - I say NO! FIRE! As my rain comes, I am ready, I am able and I am available!

Expired revelations that have kept me in the place of toiling, struggling and laboring before results, BREAK! By the divine favor of El-Roi that surrounds me like a shield, I receive instructions that cause me to step into my season of little effort and mega rain of answers! (Psalm 5:12)

FIRE HAS CLEARED THE WAY! Wickedness in high places, every spirit of Pharaoh, Herod, Jezebel and Athaliah that shall arise through men, systems and structures to cut short my rain of answers, the anger of El-Roi is against you! BE CONSUMED BY FIRE! LET IT RAIN! LET MY ANSWERS BURST OUT! (Isaiah 54:17; Isaiah 45:2)

I AM A RAINMAKER! By reason of the things I have learned and who I have become, I move from consumer to producer. I receive the wisdom that makes today’s answers seeds for tomorrow’s harvest. I will not consume every blessing; I will steward what God puts in my hands and multiply it for generations to come. AMEN! (Genesis 1:28; 2 Corinthians 9:10)

Seasons have changed for my Rain of Answers! Strong men are bowing, hearts are changing, and protocols are breaking for my enthronement! El-Roi, whatever You are doing in this season, START WITH ME! (Daniel 2:21; Esther 5:1-3)

EL-ROI, LET IT RAIN! Over my health, family, career, business, ministry and destiny - LET IT RAIN! Every dry place in my life, receive a divine refreshing! Every barren place, receive life! (Joel 2:23; Isaiah 44:3)

2026 is already my best year so far! I did not see the wind, I did not see the rain, but my valleys were filled with water! The same things that brought me pain in years past have qualified me for my rain of celebrations and congratulations! HALLELUJAH! (2 Kings 3:17-18)

I DECLARE: MY RAIN WILL NOT BE DIVERTED! Every power assigned to intercept my answers, every voice assigned to stop my testimony, every system standing between me and what God has ordained for me - DISAPPEAR! BREAK! FIRE! (Isaiah 54:17; Psalm 24:7-10)

Because my season of a Rain of Answers has come, LET EVERYTHING ALIGN! Let calendars align! Let destiny helpers align! Let divine opportunities align! Let systems align! Let favor align! Let everything I need for my rain, ALIGN! (Romans 8:28; Isaiah 43:19)

My set time for a Rain of Answers has finally come! LET ALL DOORS OPEN! The One who holds the Key of David has gone ahead of me. Doors are opening; ancient gates are lifting! I ENTER BY FIRE, BY GLORY, BY POWER! (Revelation 3:7-8; Isaiah 45:1-3)

My light affliction has worked for me a far more exceeding and eternal weight of glory! The battles of January to July have qualified me for my Rain of Answers this August. 2026 is not ending the way the enemy planned; IT IS ENDING IN PRAISE! (2 Corinthians 4:17; Psalm 126:3)

What was once a sound has become an evidence in my hands! By the zeal of the God who answers by fire, my name is on that list of those who were visited early, settled early, decorated early and enthroned early! IT’S RAINING CONGRATULATIONS! Thank You, Jesus, for WHAT YOU CANNOT DO DOES NOT EXIST! (1 Kings 18:38-45)

If you grew up in a tropical rainforest region, you can probably relate well to the phrase "the sound of the abundance of rain." The heavy drumbeat on the roof, the rushing sound as it hits the ground, and the booming thunder that accompanies a tropical downpour bring back vivid memories.

Beyond the sensory experience, rain is vital: it cleanses the air, waters the soil for crops to grow, and regulates the climate.

What in your life requires cleansing, watering, or cooling right now?
