Mr. Andre Visscher
1953 - 2021

It was with sadness that the Diocesan Office learned of the death of Andre Visscher, Chair of the Diocesan Refugee Committee, earlier last week.

Andre was a true gentleman and worked tirelessly to assist refugees to find a new home in this country. His gentle presence and great care and concern for others will be missed.
