☀️ Summer is one of our favorite seasons at Hope Church YYC.

It's a season filled with family vacations, backyard BBQs, longer days, new friendships, and opportunities to slow down and enjoy life together.

Beginning July 5, we'll be moving to one combined Sunday service at 10:30 AM for the summer.

There's something powerful about gathering together as one church family in one service. More conversations. More connection. More opportunities to meet new people and strengthen relationships.

Whether you've been attending for years or are looking for a church home, we'd love to welcome you.

We believe everyone belongs and every life matters.

*With full kids ministry for toddlers to pre-teens

One of the most powerful reminders from Sunday’s message was that before God gave humanity a purpose, He spoke to our need for relationship.

“It is not good for man to be alone.”

When we disconnect, we can begin to wander, forget our worth, and drift from God’s best.

But when we live in Christ-centered community, we find encouragement, support, accountability, friendship, and growth.

The church was never meant to be a place we attend.

It’s a family we belong to ♥️

Yesterday’s message reminded us that community groups aren’t just something we attend, they’re something God uses to transform us.

As Pastor Brad shared:

“It’s not about building more groups, but groups building you.”

The early church didn’t simply gather for services. They shared meals, prayed 🙏 together, encouraged one another, and did life together.

Because growth happens in relationships.

Faith grows in relationships.

Healing happens in relationships.

God’s flow doesn’t just happen in us, it happens through us and around us in community.

You weren’t created to walk alone. You were created to belong.
