The Middleport Heritage Society is honoured to be hosting this year's Veterans' Tribute on November 9 at the Onondaga Hall. We will be featuring the story of Pte. James Oscar Fearman who lost his life during WWI, as well as screening the award winning documentary, "We Lend A Hand. The Forgotten Story of the Ontario Farmerettes". Bonnie Sitter, co-author of the book, Peach Fuzz & Onion Skins, and documentary Director, Colin Field, will be on hand for Q&A after the film. Tickets are $40 - lunch included!
