God of peace, protect the people of Ukraine. Give leaders of nations the wisdom to choose peace over war, dialogue over conflict. Comfort those who fear.

Lord, in your mercy.

Today's lesson on A House of Order was awesome!

Now is always a great time to put things in order. In fact one of my goals is to be a being of order. In the past I have not been great at order. I did have a lot of organized chaos...lol Lots of stuff and in places I knew where to find things, however did not look very orderly.
Truth is I am a work in progress. A turning point for me was when a relative came to my home and out right asked me if I was a hoarder. That statement got me to do a lot of pondering. I never considered my self a hoarder. I saw my self as being prepared for anything and everything. I love learning and as I learn something I tend to go all in until I think I have mastered it enough to move to learning something new.

I am prepared for many things, however in my learning I had not learned to let go of those things I did not LOVE. Those things I would most likely never use again. This is where my clutter came in.
Just in Case! I might need that someday, one day!

As I am becoming my masterful being of order. I have achieved order in certain areas. One which has been a huge ah ha for me is that my tupper-ware cupboard (all those plasctic containers and lids) can be and stay in order. It was one of my first areas to get in order. Start small I thought. Several years later my tupper-ware cupboard is still in order. So many other areas are not yet there, and I can still go to this one space and see I can be a being of order. I know as I continue to gain order in my other areas. I feel successful.

To some being a being of order is something that comes easily.
To those who are like me and have to put a little more effort in.

Here are a few other things I have found helpful...

I have found celebrating my success has been super helpful. Our brain thrive on recognition and reward.

I have found expressing gratitude for the things am sending on their way to new homes or to other places is so helpful. For me it has letting these items go easy.

I have found in keeping order, i am more successful when I keep similar items together. ( this has also helped me see, when I have too many of the same thing and can there for bless someone else in having my extra)

I have found I can give my self grace, and know I am in my divine timing and I do not require getting it all done in one day or right now.

I would love to hear how you maintain or achieve order in the comment below.

Perhaps we can help each other as we strive to find more order in our live.

I have mostly shared on physical surroundings order, however this too is just one way of having order. It may also me in priorities of your time, etc.

Often there is an emotional connection, when we find a challenge in letting go of an item.
Is there another way to cherish the memory? Can you take a picture? Write a journal entry?
Can you find the blessing in your item and then allow it to go and bless another?

I'm understand the challenge here...and I am learning how to find my ease into be-ing a being of order.
