Repentance is a continuous, ongoing attitude of heart by which we shift our thinking to acknowledge that the authority of heaven has arrived in our lives in the person of Jesus. That authority empowers us. The centurion said to Jesus, “For I also am a man under authority.”

Fear holds many back from our destiny in Christ. Fear of responsibility for our own outcomes, fear of the need for faith and fear of the difficulties of righteousness. However, God has positioned us to succeed by means of our new identity in Christ, the grace in which we stand and the spiritual authorities over us.

In Christ Jesus, because of our new identity in Him, we are now dead to sin, disconnected from sin, and alive or connected to God. That does not mean that we do not ever sin. It does mean that we have the courage to face our faults and the strength to correct our errors. Through this, we live under the benefits of grace.

Our Identity as a Source of Courage and Strength, 26-04-19

This weekend is Easter, and we are blessed to have Keith and Lori Trump visiting as well. This Saturday we will be having a seminar and the topic is "Handling Hebrew". There will be 4 sessions and a potluck lunch between the second and third session.

Session 1: 10:00 am
Session 2: 11:00 am
Lunch break
Session 3: 1:00 pm
Session 4: 2:00 pm.

For the potluck lunch we will be having soup and sandwiches. The soup will already be provided. I am asking people to please bring sandwiches And a salad Or dessert.

Keith Trump will be speaking during our Sunday morning service as well. We are always thankful that they make the trip up each year and learn so much in these seminars. So with that in mind please feel free to invite family and friends to both the Saturday seminar and the Sunday morning service at 10:30. See you there
