IHF is a non profit agency based in Armenia, Belize that provides job skills training to young Belizeans seeking to improve their standard of living.

We also provide outreach programs including taking care of the poor, sick and elderly, teach aiding in local school, putting on a variety of youth events and retreats, church evangelism, orphanage support and much more. Something to Truly Celebrate!

In His Footprints is celebrating our tenth year of offering basic job skills training to grade eight students of the Armenia village school on our Loforna base. We thank our teachers for doing an excellent job of teaching them bathed in Christ centered mentorship.

📢In His Footprints Job Skills Training - Spring 2026 📢

Application forms for the 2026 program were distributed on Wednesday at the Armenia Government Primary School.

Please note that this opportunity is strictly for students residing in Armenia Village.

This is the annual process used to select students for high school through our program.

All applicants must carefully read and complete the form, following all instructions provided. This is the first stage of selection.

Students will participate in Cake and Carpentry classes, after which their behavior and performance will be observed. A school background review is required, and final selection will be based on the student’s essay written on the application form.

Selected students will be awarded a full 4-year high school scholarship.

Off They Go To Grow!

In His Footprints Ministries is pleased to announce that through the generous financial love offerings of our sponsors, twenty four Armenia, Belize students are now receiving an otherwise unaffordable high school education.

Each of these students is required to write bi-monthly letters to their supporters, maintain a 2.5 plus GPA, and perform 100 hours of community service per year in their village and on our IHf Loforna Base.

Our sponsors can write their students as many times as they like giving them opportunity to develop a ever deepening relationship in mentoring them up in the knowledge and ways of the Lord.

SOWING!

Spending my last day before heading further south working with a mobile RV ministry called Sowers where seniors go wherever help is needed. Karen is back to TLC sorting clothing and filling food boxes which she loves to do.

Meet my crew...John, Jim, and Paul working hard on building the new rail station at Dow Gorge Ministries. They and their wives are our very kind and hospitable neighbours dwarfing our little A-Liner.

Gotta love what they're doing, so God only knows what the future might hold for Karen and I.

What A Wonderful Summer It Was!

We give God mighty thanks for an amazing In His Footprints Ministries summer both here in Canada and in Armenia, Belize.

On the Canadian side it was our very successful disc golf tournament with 45 players ranging in age form 13 to 76 who took on the very challenging Winter Farms Disc Golf Course on a bright and sunny Saturday morning in August. Besides the amazing players, we thank our many corporate and patron sponsors for generously funding this exciting event.

Meanwhile down in Belize, Montreal Youth Unlimited returned to partner up with our high school students in hosting their second annual summer camp for young children in the village. As you will read in the attached update, words cannot express what an impactful outreach this has become.

We thank all of our supporters, foundational builders, prayer warriors, and international teams for helping to transform five acres of raw jungle into this amazing gift from God inspiring His hope into His young people in Armenia village, Belize!

TWO WEEKS OF PRECIOUS LIFE THROUGH HIS EYES!

Today I begin a two week fast where I pray that God will strengthen me by His Spirit and prayerfully open my eyes to Him and His ways in a world of increasing hatred, negativity, criticism, despair and depression.

If I slip, remind me of my pledge to leave every conversation and encounter with others better than the way I first found them! Also if I silently and humbly leave a critical conversation, please take no offense.

SAVE THE DATE!

YUGO (www.yugo.org) and IN HIS FOOTPRINTS MINISTRIES (www.footprintsbelize.org) are hosting an exciting open invitational disc golf fundraiser at Winters Farms, Brantford on Saturday, August 24th, 2024 from 8:30 to 2:00 P.M. This was where the final round of the All Ontario D-Golf Championship was played last October
The cost to is $100.00 which includes course fee, lunch, one shot at putting and distance contests, lots of prices, and a 90% charitable receipt. Single play and best disc team formats are being offered.

Moving Forward into the Come What Mays with Him!

Now with the fire situation on our In His Footprints Loforna base under control, life is slowly coming back to normal again as new life explodes saturated with abundant rains..

All of this affirms once again that our God continues to move mightily in His precious ministry no matter the season we are in.

Best Best Fathers Day Gift Every!

After near three months of severe draught and fiery fire storms never experience before on such an epic scale in living memory, early in the morning on Fathers Day our Heavenly Father opened up the heavens over Belize and sent down torrents of of fresh rain.

We thank Him that once again the air is fresh and cleared of smoke, and that an explosion of new life will burst forth again. We are so thankful that nobody was injury or killed and that our buildings are intact.

That said, our food production has been severely damaged an will take years to return to normal again. Many subsistent farmers have lost their crops and a good number their homes as well. Also, check out how the Cave Branch River, the only remaining village's source of water looked prior to the rain.

We thank you all for you prayers and for those who blessed us with emergency love offerings to restore Loforna to it s former beauty.
