Today is the day!
As of TODAY (May 5th), our Food Bank appointment booking process is changing, and you no longer need to rush to call in to secure an appointment!
Beginning today, we will be pre-booking all appointments for a given week on TUESDAYS (Not Wednesday and Friday mornings)

To book an appointment after today, please follow these steps:
1. Call 519-752-7814 on TUESDAYS any time between 9:30-11:30 am OR 1-3:30pm to pre-book an appointment for that week (appointments will continue to be on Wednesday and Friday afternoons)
*Our voicemail will be ON, so if you don't get through, leave a message and we will return your call
2. Speak with a volunteer on the phone to book your appointment. They will assist you with finding a time on Wednesday or Friday afternoon of that week.
3. Make note of your appointment time, and come in on that day and time!
We hope this new system will be easier to navigate, and will cause less panic!
Please share this information widely, so everyone is ready for May 5th!

Unfortunately, we have decided to close our play cafe for the foreseeable future, due to low attendance.
