Please join us in worship this Sunday, or join us via livestream at www.hopereformedchurch.ca. At 10 am the sermon will focus on Romans 14 and the blessing that we can love and accept each other in the church as those who belong to Christ, even if we have different convictions on disputable things. At 4 pm we look at Psalm 110 and Philippians 2:12-16 and the blessing that God makes us willing to will and to work for His good pleasure! By nature we willfully resisted God, but by His grace He sweetly makes us willing so we want to live for Him in thankfulness for His grace.

At 4 pm we look at Deuteronomy 9:6-29 and what it teaches us about Jesus as our Great Mediator with guest preacher Pastor Ben.

At 10 am the sermon will focus on the challenge and blessing for our families that getting wisdom is the principal thing! Proverbs 4:1-9. Join us at 4 pm as we look at Matthew 11:26,27 and ask Why Was I a Guest? And consider how God decides who “gets” the gospel.

At 10 am the sermon will focus on the practical blessing of seeking wisdom in Christ in a sermon on Proverbs 3:21-35. At 4 pm join us as we look at Matthew 19 and ask the question – who then can be saved. Is it really impossible? Yes, for man it is, but by the saving power of the Gospel, God does what we are incapable of doing. Amazing Grace.

What does God teach us about how to live as Christians under the governments of this world, especially when there are so many things that trouble us? Our 10 am sermon from Romans 13 will focus on what it means to live under the powers that be while resting in the knowledge that there is a higher throne. At 4 pm the service will focus on the love and discipline of the father from Proverbs 3:11,12.
