This Sunday we celebrate our Church Anniversary! 43 years of preaching, worshipping, and serving in the love of Jesus Christ. We will celebrate the sacrament of Holy Communion. A pizza lunch will follow worship.

Hello Heart Lake Church Family,

We welcome Rev. Catherine Governor Browne to preach this Sunday, as Rev. Candice will be on vacation. She is an ordained minister in the Moravian Church, and is working towards ordination in the Presbyterian Church. She was born on the island of Tobago, and currently resides in Toronto. We trust you will give her a warm welcome.

Rev. Candice will return to church on April 28th. Note: There will be no slides this Sunday, but we will have bulletins.

Hello Heart Lake Church Family,

You are invited to worship with us this Sunday, either in person or online at 10:30am. We continue to hear Luke's rich account of the resurrection. He is STILL risen, He is risen indeed!

Our Job Bible Study meets this Thursday for our last class and potluck dinner at 6:30pm! It has been a blessing to study this challenging, but rewarding book of the Bible. Thanks be to Jesus Christ.

For those at Heart Lake who watch "The Chosen", there is great news! Season 6 will premiere on Prime Video on November 15, 2026, focusing on the crucifixion and Jesus' final 24 hours.

Hello Heart Lake Church Family,

You're invited to worship with us this Friday and Sunday, in person or online at 10:30am. This is a great opportunity to invite friends and family.

On Good Friday we honor Jesus' love for us through the cross. We will hear of his trial and crucifixion.

Come Easter Sunday to celebrate the risen Christ! He conquers death and brings life. We will be celebrating Holy Communion.

Hello Heart Lake Church Family,

This Sunday is Palm Sunday. We remember how Jesus entered Jerusalem, and was greeted by people waving palm branches in excitement! It marks the beginning of Holy Week, the final days before his crucifixion and resurrection.

This Sunday:

- you are welcome to bring an Easter lily and place it on the Communion table, in memory of a loved one (write their name on it). This is a Heart Lake tradition. Then a week after Easter, you can take your lily home or gift it to a friend/family member.

- we will be singing a new song "How Good It is" by Chris Tomlin. Feel free to look it up and listen to become familiar with it.
