If you have childre
n and are thinking about visiting our church, we are so excited to meet you! When you enter our building, please make your way to the Red Visitor Desk in the front foyer before the service begins. Someone will greet you and assist you in signing your child in on paper. You’ll receive a Parent ID card that will allow us to contact you and to release your child to the correct person. Children in the Nursery may go to their class as soon as the service begins. However, children who are 4 and older will wait with you in the adult service until offering and announcements are finished, at which time, kids will be dismissed to their classes. NURSERY & TODDLERS | BIRTH - 3 YEARS
Caring and trained volunteers provide childcare for infants and toddlers in a loving and safe environment. Simple and developmentally appropriate curriculum is offered in the Nursery specifically for the 2 & 3 year olds. Children receive coloring pages about the Bible Lesson to take home with them and they also enjoy goldfish and apple juice during the class. There is a Nursing Room and multiple change tables available for parents. KINDERGARTEN | JK - SK (AGES 4-5)
Kindergarteners learn about God with their friends through a fun and exciting curriculum that engages them in meaningful Bible stories and play. They will go home each week with a "Faith Buzz at Home" Card that includes activities for families to do together to help in reinforcing the lesson each week. Kids also have a snack of goldfish and apple juice during the class and sometimes get to enjoy a VeggieTales movie as well. ELEMENTARY | GRADES 1 - 5
Children in Grades 1-5 learn from LIVE Children’s Curriculum which helps kids develop a friendship with God, strengthen their Bible skills, and learn key Bible truths. Your kids will cover topics such as getting to know God, building trust in God, sticking with God, and putting God first. Each week, they will receive a Family Devotion to take home. Each Family Devotion includes information on the lesson your child learned that Sunday so that you get the opportunity to reinforce the lessons at home with your children. V.I.P. KIDS AND FAMILIES | ALL AGES
We have volunteers with experience and training in Special Education. Pastor Janelle also has a brother who has Down Syndrome. We are passionate about sharing God’s love with children who have special needs (we called the V.I.P. kids). If you are interested in visiting New Life on a Sunday and you have a V.I.P. kid, please contact Pastor Janelle for more information or ask to meet her when you arrive. EVENTS:
REJUVENATE | 6 Saturdays per year
Rejuvante is New Life's Respite Program allowing kids to be dropped off at the church to do crafts, games, sports and watch movies with loving leaders, while parents have time to rest. Kids will also learn a great spiritual message and will enjoy a snack together. Our heart is especially for families with two or more kids and those with V.I.P. Kids. Registration opens every January. SUMMER CAMPS | 2 weeks in July
We run two weeks of Summer Camp in July that introduce children to the love of Christ while engaging them in exciting crafts, games, sports, activities, special guests and Field Trips. Our hope is that kids will leave our camps feeling confident in who they are and knowing they are loved by us and their Heavenly Father. One-on-one supports are available for V.I.P. PERFORMING ARTS CAMP | 1 week in early August
This camp introduces children to various facets of the Performing Arts, including dance, drama, singing, set design and prop design. The kids practice a performance for the week that they present to friends and family on the Friday Night. New Life Community Church
