Participants will spend 30-40 minutes learning about q***r terminology, history, and experiences, followed by a discussion to deepen their understanding of the topics. The discussion will also serve as a time to ask questions about anything not covered in the presentation.

By the end of the workshop, participants will be equipped with more knowledge on the q***r community and how to better welcome and support q***r congregants.

“Washed in the Word” is an in-person study designed to illuminate the reality of our new life in Christ. In this summer session, we will be looking at The Book of Acts.

This 8-week course is designed with flexibility in mind. You’re welcome to join at any point during the series—no need to start from the beginning. Attend all 8 sessions or just the ones that fit your schedule. Come to as many as you can—we’d love to have you whenever you’re able to join!

Not just the big, obvious stuff—but the everyday things that quietly pull us apart. The division. The numbness. The isolation. The constant distraction. The doubt that creeps in when life feels heavy.

This new series is an honest, no-pressure conversation about what’s really going on in our world… and how the way of Jesus speaks into it.
