Good evening Grade 5's and Jr Highs!

I am very excited for our Grade 5 Move-Up Night tomorrow! It’s going to be a really fun night with a message about letting your light shine. We’ll also have lots of fun games and a pizza dinner.

Super excited to see everyone there!

(Please note that Pastor Emma will unfortunately be away tomorrow at a staff retreat as we plan for next year, but our amazing Jr High leaders will be running a fantastic night!)

Kid Crew Camp is coming up soon and this is one of the best weekends of the year! It's a great time for kids to get away with their friends and leaders to play games, rock climb, enjoy high ropes, eat s'mores, and learn about Jesus! It is a wonderful weekend! The cost includes 1 night accommodation, meals, and program for Friday night & all day Saturday (If your child does not come/stay overnight Friday, the cost is $60).

Who: This event is for Kid Crew Kids in Grades 1 and up
When: Friday, May 29th - Saturday, May 30th, 2026.
Where: YMCA Cedar Glen (13300 Concession 11, Schomberg, ON)
Cost: $80 per child, due on or before May 13th.

Tonight is our Grade 5 Next Steps class!

This class is a special opportunity for our Grade 5 students to learn more about salvation, baptism, communion, and what it means to follow Jesus. We also love that it creates space for parents and kids to have important faith conversations together.

The class will run tonight and next Wednesday during Kid Crew from 6:45–8:15 p.m. in the Chatroom, and parents are encouraged to join their child if they are able to.

Regular Kid Crew programming will still be running for all JK–Grade 4 students.

Kid Crew Camp is happening again this year and we are so excited!

Who: This event is for Kid Crew Kids Grades 1-5
When: Friday, May 29th- Saturday, May 30th, 2026
Where: YMCA Cedar Glen (13300 Concession 11, Schomberg, ON)

Drop off at Cedar Glen 6pm on Friday; Pickup at Cedar Glen 8pm on Saturday.
