May was another busy month at Helping Hand Food Bank! 💙

In May, we welcomed 483 visits and supported 1,452 individuals in our community. While the numbers are slightly lower than April, the need remains significant, and every visit represents a neighbour, family, or senior reaching out for support.

Thank you to our donors, volunteers, community partners, and supporters who help make this possible. Together, we’re ensuring no one in our community faces hunger alone. 🥫❤️
