SUNDAY RECAP: church family, we’d like to invite you to consider helping make a kingdom impact on our next generation through Awana!

Roles we are looking for:
👉🏻 Cubbies leader (Preschool) "Weekly": Teach simple bible truths thought stories, songs, crafts, games, ETC.

👉🏻 Sparks leader (K-Grade 2) "Weekly": lead bible lessons, activities, and discussion while building strong relationships and encouraging spiritual growth.

👉🏻 T&T leader (Grades 3-6) "Weekly": Teach bible lessons, discussions, and mentor students in their faith journey.

👉🏻 Trek leader (Grade 7-8) "Weekly": Guide through bible study, discussions, life application, and discipleship in a small group setting.

👉🏻 Game director / Game helper "Weekly/Rotate": Organize and run fun, energetic games during club time. No sports experience required!

👉🏻Worship leader "Rotate": Help lead children in worship through music, actions, and an encouraging atmosphere during club time.

👉🏻 Secretary "Weekly": Welcome families, track attendance/handbook completion, prepare awards, track inventory.

👉🏻 Handbook listener "Rotate": Listen to children recite bible verses and handbook sections while encouraging and supporting them.

👉🏻 Snack director "Rotate": Organize preparing, serving and cleaning up snacks.

👉🏻 Substitute / Flexible volunteer "Rotate": Available to help where needed when regular volunteers are away.

We’re excited to share an update about our upcoming guest speaker, Norton Lages!

This event was previously announced as a Youth Group gathering (up to age 18), but we’re happy to expand the Friday night invitation to include ages 15–30. We just wanted to give parents a quick heads-up about this change.

Norton will be speaking on world missions, with a special focus on Ukraine, Sri Lanka and Bangladesh. It’s a great opportunity for youth and young adults to learn, reflect, and engage with what’s happening globally, and the hope we have in Jesus!
