Reflection:
Whatever has been weighing heavily on you this week — cast it. Don't just hand it to God and then pick it back up again; release it completely into His capable hands. He promises not just to carry your burden but to sustain you through every challenge and keep you from being moved. You may be pressed, but you will not be uprooted because He holds you firm.

Cast your burden on Him today — He will sustain you through it all. 💙

Reflection:
Midweek can bring all kinds of changes — shifting plans, unexpected challenges, things that don't go the way we hoped. But in the middle of it all stands Jesus, completely unchanging. The same Jesus who healed the sick, calmed the storms, and rose from the dead is the same Jesus walking beside you today. You can count on Him because He never changes. What a firm foundation to stand on!

In a world that keeps changing, Jesus never does — stand firm in Him. 💙

But when we deliberately anchor our minds to who God is and what He has promised, His perfect peace floods in and holds us steady. Choose today to keep your mind stayed on Him.

Fix your mind on Him today and let His perfect peace guard your heart

I invite you to rest in this beautiful truth — God is actively thinking about you today, and every thought He has toward you is filled with peace, purpose, and hope. Whatever uncertainty you are carrying all through this week, you can lay it down knowing that your future is already in the hands of a God whose plans for you are good beyond what you can imagine.

His thoughts toward you are peaceful and hopeful — trust His plan. 💙

“Be still, and know that I am God; I will be exalted among the nations, I will be exalted in the earth!”

Reflection:
Happy Sabbath, Bonavista family and friends! Today God gives us His perfect prescription for a weary soul — be still. In the stillness of this holy day, let the truth settle deep into your heart that He is God. He is sovereign over every nation, every situation, and every corner of your life. You don't have to strive, fix, or figure anything out today. Simply be still, worship the One who is exalted above all, and let His peace wash over you completely. Blessed Sabbath! 🌅

Be still today — He is God and He has everything in His hands. 💙
