The original plan was a sermon on the theological idea of Jesus correcting Adam and Eve's original sin because he's perfect and we're not. However, our local MP sent a mailout to everyone in the riding about religious freedom of speech that I felt needed a response.

We're holding a service at the nursing home tomorrow at 10:30 am. Lots of music... looking for a pickup choir!

The blind see, the lame walk, and the deaf hear. The dry desert is filled with pools and blooming crocuses. It’s not just something to be joyful about, it is a grand reversal of fortunes by God.

There was an issue and the recording was paused until I had a chance to correct it, restarting part way through the first scripture reading. The sermon, communion, and memorials are included here.

The Self-Help is putting Christmas dinner baskets together for 99 homes this year!
They need more of the following by Dec 15th:
Turkeys, Canned Gravy, Carrots, Cranberry Sauce, Crackers, Canned Goods, Juice, Stove Top Stuffing
You can also make a cash donation so they can fill any gaps.
