Blessing of the Animals - this Sunday August 2nd. Bring your pets or photos of pets, and come join us for the Blessing of the Animals. Bethany United Church, 10am. In the side yard.
All are welcome. Bring a lawn chair.

Blessing of the Animals Aug 2nd at 10 am Bethany United Church
Bring your 2 legged, 4 legged, 6 legged or 8 legged friends whether furry or feathered, hard shelled or slimy as we take time to remember that all God’s creatures are loved. The service will be in the yard at Bethany and will move indoors to the lower hall if the weather doesn’t cooperate. In the event that there are large animals that cannot get indoors, they will still receive a blessing. If anyone has a portable dining shelter that could be put up in the event of rain that would be awesome. Please contact MM or the office.

There will be a memorial table for pictures of beloved companions no longer with us. Also if you are more comfortable providing a picture of your current pet we will have a separate area for that. You know your pet’s behaviour best. You will be responsible for cleaning up after your own pet. That is other duties as assigned!
